What if you try it from the test I set up:

http://www.infusiondesign.com/examples/tracker_test.html

?

When I test your example I get the same IP (my IP) that I get when I test my
example. If you do, too, then perhaps your IP address (209.130.51.66) is not
being passed as you think (see Urb's reply to your post).
