I think it's a good idea, too. How many times has someone on the list asked
for some links that are relevant to a subject they are researching? My
bookmark file in itself is a bit of a goldmine, IMO, built over a period of
er, years. I figure that other's bookmarks must be similar treasure chests
of good links (saving us time sorting through the 8 million matches found in
our favorite "who's playing the search engine positioning game best" search
engine.
Having the focus be bookmark lists from WC's will make the link list much
more relevant for us than many other link lists.

Thanks much, I got 'em.

There's a program called "Bookmark Converter":
http://www.abc.se/~m9761/bm_conv/
that I've used to sync bookmarks between browsers. You can convert IE
favorites to NS bookmarks.
There are other similar programs out there, too. The easiest way for me to
handle incoming bookmark files is the NS format, which is just an html file,
so coverting IE bookmarks to NS format prior to sending them to me would be
cool.

Check cnet.com (dig around a little). I've found some very good tips there
for many different things. I'll bet a search in your favorite "we now have
private club areas" search engine for "browser Internet Explorer tips" would
give you a good start.

Me too. Any time I want to preserve the window I'm looking at and open the
link in a new window.

Send url when you do! ;)
