The customers put the software on their laptops and use it on the road, in
airplanes, etc. The current manual is 500+ pages; they don't carry that
around with them.
We really do need to turn much of the manual into an online, web-based
solution.
So the question still stands: suggestions for successful documentation
strategies?
Someone told me about IBM's online books: www.redbooks.ibm.com Quite good.
