Like Jan -- I think they are great *supplemental* info format.

Please provide more info than "download acrobat here" ... Normal people do
not know how to download, install, configure plug-ins! I just spent an
afternoon doing this for a girlfriend who is bright, knows how to use the
programs that she uses, but hasn't a clue about stuff like this. To her
credit -- she watched over my shoulder and asked good questions, so I think
in the future she'll know how -- but some people need 'training' and some
(minority) just wing it. ;-)
