Agreed!!!
What we do on our chat pages, is scan each post for keywords as it is
accepted, then append suggested URL's at the bottom. No one has
complained; and a lot of our traffic comes from those suggested links.
Something like that could be done with a solution base and posts,
because no one will read all the solution base, and few do much with FAQ's
till after they ask. After all, it is our job to make getting information
easy.
