And this supports my point. Sure, if your site's subject matter is not
widely shared, and you search for keywords that are fairly specific to that
site, then it is likely to be readily found. A search for "Auckland North
Shore Real Estate" is a pretty specific one. A search for "Real Estate"
obviously is not. And I doubt that anyone can force a real estate site to
the top of an SE list when those keywords are used.

Heck, I had a supposed expert search engine consultant fail miserably just
trying to force a clients site to rank high using the keywords "Service
Level Management"! I thought that was a fairly narrow field - think again.
It's crowded.
