I see no problem with that as long as it is copyright by you and the
persons involved, and states that reproduction for use beyond use of
immediate list members is strictly forbidden.
This keeps clients and would-be employers from reading our e-mails,
letting us chat free from fear that what we say might be used against us.
It would certainly encourage some of us to say more and be more open about
what we do and what we think; particularly where it concerns relations
with difficult clients. And that is something many of us encounter and
need help with from time to time.;
Add some kind of index structure that kicks out an e-mail to the
submitter when there is a high keyword match between his post, and what
has already been recorded form the past, and you will have an even more
valuable archive system.
