I've been approached by a small client with a project that could turn him
into a larger one. I will eventually need to hire someone for the
programming, but I need some help now with equipment recommendations.
This much I know: it's going to require a server and dedicated connection
of some sort. However, the type of box, OS, software, etc. is outisde my
realm of expertise. It will also have to interface with outgoing phone
lines and be able to deliver a message automatically.
