They're idiots who don't want your business. Email them and tell them that
since they obviously don't care about you as a customer (or the millions of
other people online using the same hardware/software as you) that you will
rent from a competitor. Plus, it's insanse to ask site visitors to fill out
a personal info form before getting a rate quote!
