A good sysadmin is essential.  And he must be willing to share his 
knowledge.

But just the space won't be enough as I see it.

I am pretty good within a website and I can install most any programs 
but
I am no sysadmin and I doubt anyone can manage websites and be a 
sysadmin
and a network engineer and keep up-to-date in all areas.

I rarely see tech support mentioned in relation to co-location.  I am 
glad
to see that Minerva recognizes the need for this.  Greenspun likes:

But they do it on a case by case basis and that smacks of "how deep 
are your pockets".
