Minerva will give you a standard flat fee for their rack space/connectivity
service. If you only need between 1-16 IP addresses, the fee is less (be
sure to tell them how many sites you want to host).

They'll also quote you on a rental computer if you want them to. You'll just
need to tell them what kind of traffic you expect and what software you want
to run and they will give you specs for a suggested hardware config. They
will also connect you with a leasing agency, if you want them to, or you can
acquire your own lease or buy a computer, ship it to them and they'll hook
it up.

Dealing with them re: colocation has been a no-BS experience.
