coders could have with that?

that's why they need those umpty-million new lines of code in NT5.. there
are a lot more competing products out there that need to be 'supported'.
it's kinda like reading a Pentagon budget from the 80s:  "we are absolutely
not funding troops in any of the following countries, because That Would Be
Illegal.   on a totally unrelated note, you would not *believe* the price
of hammers these days.."
