Hi,

I agree that what he was doing was legally correct, and I think there has been
a witch hunt afoot. We're headed down a dangerous path here, with no brakes,
especially with the Internet and other fast-media enabling us to make quick
judgments. It's scary -- I think our country depends on us fixing our madness
it but I don't know how. I feel guilty as those from other countries dislike
us for the sins of our leaders (not Bill's current antics), and yet as I cast
my protest vote for the losing Libertarian candidate (since I finally gave up
voting for the lesser-of-two-evils), I feel helpless to change it.

I have been through a similar situation. I had a former boss sue me because
her position was eliminated and mine wasn't. She yelled conspiracy, played
the victim, had the press and the politicians in my face, lived in my
apartment parking lot watching my every move, scared my children, and there
wasn't a thing I could do about it. In the end, the county, our employer,
settled out of court for $80,000 and I didn't get my day in court to face her.
This person nearly destroyed my life and I was completely innocent. So, yes,
I've been at my wits end with our "justice" system, and those who would abuse
it for their own means.

After having said all that, however, I think Bill slithers. He needs serious
therapy and a good punch in the nose, but I don't believe impeaching him would
be the right thing to do.
