Actually, I sent a suggestion to our congressmen about changing
our $100 bill to a different color, and recalling all outstanding
$100's. It is a great way to catch drug dealers, money launders
and other crime folks who regularly store $100's in safe deposit
boxes. (Don't ask how I know).
But with your problem, perhaps you need a presence in the US.
