I would assume that the "don't know's" are newbies and probably have 800x600.
Someone with a 640x480 screen has been around PC longer and is more likely
to know.
Just compare with the "dont' know " figures last year.
Then the next question is how intensively the 640x480 is being used for
web-surfing.
I notice that more and more web designers start to abandon the format.
Anyone hazard a guess what it actually costs to design for dual optimum
navigation and looks?
15% of production cost? More? I always have trouble sqeezing the
navigation into a 640x480 screen.
