I'd love to nail down when the Netscape form problem arises. On our
CitizenDirect site, already one of the least user-friendly sites on the
Web, I'm getting a rash of complaints from NS 4.x users that forms don't
show up right. Yet when I check from here at work or at home they're
fine. Which means they're only fine for me, these other folks surely not
all being crazy. But if I knew when and why it occurs there's hopefully a
fix out there.
