The librarians of the world have lots of resources on line: send a message
to Bob Sullivan at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Bob is the head reference
librarian at the Schenectady NY County Library, and an excellent resource
for this kind of stuff. Tell him I sent you. I'm suspicious from what I
know of the two main systems (LoC & DD) that their application is more of
an art than a precise system that you can write "computer rules" for, but
Bob should be able to help you. And since Bob also has a degree in
computer science and does some good database programming he should be able
to give you some guidance in accomplishing your task.
