Sorry for being so late...
A lot of HW/SW things to do...
Ok what do you mean by NT CGI... you can install Perl and use a
Perl program...
Then there is ASP... look at http://www.15seconds.com or
http://www.genusa.com (?) http://www.activeserverpages.com
These are the biggest places I know... sorry I'm a newbie ASP
programmer and I've spent most of my newbieness programming
rather than surfing...
BTW it shouldnt be hard to put up a guest book with ASP and a
DB or a text file...
