OK guys -- I want to upgrade the HD on the "new" (ie used) Compaq that I
bought for ColdFusion development.
I *know* this is not as easy to do on a PC as it is on a Mac <smile> so
welcome any offline pointers or links ....
OR ... would I be better off adding a SCSI card and using an external
SCSI drive?
OH - I also just got my 9.1 GB IBM scsi ultra wide for the Mac -- $361
at http://www.onsale.com/ , not quite as cool as Brett's DEC, but close
<g> -- and need the adapter cable (wide to normal) -- is this readily
available? (haven't looked for it yet)
TIA,
Kathy
(and the *next* teardown/upgrade project may be the motorcycle for rear
seal replacement -- have tools, will explore!)
