Know any freeware ones that I can install on NT?
I've got Active State's perl installed. Personally, I find it hard to
believe that they don't provide a component that allows me to
compile/install new modules. I can't find anything about compilers and
"make" on their web site, either. I've poked around DejaNews and see that I
am not the only one who's faced this problem, but haven't found a solution
yet.
