It's not a nav bar per se, but a small vertical list of links to be that
include:
what
why
how
services
rfq
At this point in time, rfq is the only active link. And the mouseover rfq
doesn't work in NC yet.
I'm running NC 4.02 on one computer and 4.04 on another. Both are pc's.
If netscape dropped support for layers in the 4.5 package, which includes
the 4.07 browser, that would explain the missing list of links. Don't have
4.07, so I guess I'll upgrade one of the computers to 4.07. My lit says
layers should work fine in 4.07 though. But I could be wrong.
Let you know as I forge onward, trip backward, or move onto mahjong instead
of web construction <g>.
