yeah, this site is dead in the water for me too (NS4.5PR2).  Takes three
disk-grinding minutes to load, then does nothing.  Clearly not proper
DHTML, which is unfortunate as when I poke around in frame info, I see
it's from a student of the otherwise respectable Chank Diesel (unless
this person is blatantly ripping off his icons and focus).

Ironically, the no frames message says:

<noframes>

<a href="http://www.netscape.com">Get netscape</a>

</noframes>
