I would ask that this discussion be put on the list as it could affect any web
developer.
I have a feeling this could become a mean legal issue as it would depend on the
contractual agreement as to who owns the copyright. I personally give the copyright
to the person or firm I develop the site for and make it offical, I put the copyright
notice at the bottom of the pages with their name on it, but not all developers do
that.
Legal sharks could have a field day with this one.
