thanks for the clarification on work for hire, Suz -- sorry, Brent, I
skipped the thread this summer, as I sign over the right to code to my
clients. and I don't usually create original art.
I did a redesign and put up the most important content on her site last

Would be interesting to see if anyone challenges this based on the
"supplementary" or "av" exceptions in Suzanne's list -- particulary on a
site with no "design" and no original art, just a bit of code wrapper (and
not particularly good code either).
Apologies again for my "boiling" mood with the first note ... my secret is
out (my temper!).
