I think we're going to see a lot more small countries selling domain names
as a way of raising foreign revenue, a la Tonga and now, it appears, the
Cocos & Keeling Islands. One question I have - is there any reason (legal
or technical) why a country TLD has to be hosted on a server in that
country? Could I, for example, have wiredworld.com.au hosted on a virtual
server in the US which would appear to save me quite a bit of money if the
rates I've seen on the list are anything to go by.
