Copyright, from the initial registration through the cease and desist letter
to the infringement action is not something that should be handled alone.
Please see a copyright attorney and get an education.
I hate to be so vague, but it is important to hash legal problems out with an
attorney, not online. You will want to preserve the attorney-client
privilege.
