When you publish there are two check box (sorry I have the italian
version so my translation may be inaccusate)
The first ask if you want to publish only modified files. Uncechk this
one
The second ask if you want to publish also secondary web. Check
this one.
I hope that is a small site because if this is the wrong answer you'll
upload a lot of stuff for nothing.
