     I know surveys like this are done all the time, and published by
various organizations.  We obviously want this very much!  But as Al, our
list owner has warned us several times before, the problem is the price
fixing laws. That could be interprited as a conspiracy to set prices,
since such a survey will obviously influence us in how we charge for a
job. 

     Any lawyers here who can advise us how this could be done without
risking Al loosing his list, or us risking going to jail on price fixing
laws? 

     I would think that a statistical overview, average and standard
deviations, might pass the test.  Anyone know if it will?
