yes on the intranet . we did extensive usability testing for the
company-wide webhelp site -- including many hours in the lab. i do less
formal usability testing for these sites -- card sorts, surveys,
one-on-one user attempting task ...

For those who are interested in human factors and HCI -- I have
resources at http://www.dotparagon.com/resources/hci.html -- also, there
is a low volume SIG-CHI for the Web list -- go to http://www.acm.org/ --
and there is a human-computer interaction, low-volume newsgroup as well.
