I have been thinking about that.  I forgot to add that into the list when I
wrote the orignal document, and as I said in there... due to be changed 1.5
million times :}  One of the things I would like to do is also set up
several mirror sites that are written in different languages but are all the
same information.

Hmm, dynamic database driven site with on-the-fly language conversion ....
anything like that exist yet?
