I've been using pair almost since the day they opened - I was
originally hosted on their "alpha" server #1, now they have more than
100. They're a real success story for two reasons: competitive prices
and an amazing lack or technocratic arrogance. They are consistently
forthcoming about changes, problems, their own mistakes, and planned
upgrades. They don't offer phone support but usually respond to email
pretty quickly. There's also a private set of newsgroups where anybody
can get their questions answered. You do have to have or be willing to
develop a basic expertise in a lot of *nix stuff to manage an account
there.
