We are having a problem getting Pair.com's attention on a problem with
domain registration. They've notified us that they're going to register a
new domain for us, when in fact we only need a domain transfer. We've
emailed them about it but have only gotten auto-responses. I can
understand a degree of automation being necessary to offering such cheap
hosting, but my client's domain has been pointing out into the void for
nearly a month now.

Does anyone know of an effective way to get their attention to a problem?

thanks, Suz
