No I doubd, why they have to spend time changing the contents of
an original cd when they can just copy it...
I didn't find any fax support in W98... but fortunately my USR flash
comes with a nice proggy that add a driver to Win to use the fax as
a printer...
Another strange thing is that you can't share the fax on a net in the
same way you share a printer....
Avoid NT if you would like to use the fax... there things are even
harder to setup.
I don't say it is impossible... but surely it would be deadly boring...

mha... file system is different... while it should be possible (not
advicable) to convert a W95 into a NT I think w98->nt could result
in a real mess... and since you don't have possibilities to go
back... and the learning curve is a step... I thik that if you'll try you
will lose your Office... maybe at the third try... you'll be a super
installer geek... but at the first try you'll lose your Office

Find on the net some soft for windows for sending faxes... or the
driver/support programs for your modem...
