Yes. If the Drive is formatted FAT32, then you are S.O.L. getting
NT to install without formatting the drive with a FAT16 disk (Dos
6.x or Win95 Original version). I found this out the hard way
when upgrading (or is it downgrading) from Win95 to NT
Workstation at my 8-5 job.
