For whatever it's worth, the US Postal Service's ZIP code lookup database
doesn't have any entries for "Propagation, TX". It also says that the
76931 ZIP code doesn't actually exist. (Information apparently current as
of November '98.)
Maps.yahoo.com (MapQuest, that is) also can't find any information for
either the city or the ZIP code.
(And I'm not so sure about those phone and fax numbers, either...)
