I can only offer you information we are obtaining in our survey
of two of our discussion lists -- overwhelming NO to html format
e-mail. We sent out a survey to ~~2,600 members on E-Marketing
Digest and E-tailer's Digest, and asked a number of questions
about the content and the format. html code is still not popular.
The results will be finalized this week.
