I am in the process, perhaps (some people don't want to do this), of
setting up with Authorizenet as well. But I am using iserver.

It seems like a very simple thing to do. Their online documentation
is among the best I have seen.
But then I was impressed with cybercash and I recall that Phillip
Greenspun really trashed them.
