You need to take a look at the IP Masquerade web site

If you're using RedHat its as easy as adding two lines to your rc.local
(I can give you these lines if you want).
Also to make it easy to dial up from your Win98 box you might want to look
at some of the dialer programs available. Checkout freshmeat.net for a
list of the dialer programs.
I had diald setup on my system that automatically dialed whenever any
machine on the network needed network access. It was pretty reliable
except that it always dropped the first connection you tried to make for
some reason.
