Brandon,
Some of the things I look for:
a. a well rounded initial package that includes 5 pop accounts and unlimited aliases,
weekly stats (WebTrends type report)
b. NT hosting with Cold Fusion
c. extra POP accounts and disk space at reasonable prices
d. support for 2-3 e-commerce tools and/or the ability to have one of our packages
installed on the server
e. message base/forums options or the ability to install something on the server
f. good support (this should be on top of the list)
g. good resellers plan where we bill and are first line support
h. good bandwidth
To give you an example, I love Minerva but wish they had more bodies handling tech
support. I would actually pay a little more just to get that.
