Hi, Bruce --

First, please discourage your clients from "copying" software interface en masse -- 
see the interface hall of shame (I forget the URL at the moment) for nice examples of 
bad software interfaces.

Also -- please discourage them from JS or Java-only navigation -- this is "pushing the 
envelope" technology -- that really does your end user a disservice. *Most* end users 
are not super-users ....  even the "technology market" likes choice. Plus, these two 
technologies are not accessible unless you provide some kind of text alternative for 
Lynx, old browsers and alterntive output devices (voice, for example).

Finally, many F500 companies have Java applets blocked by their firewalls for security 
purposes. Likewise, ActiveX Controls.
