I personally detest seeing an "optimized for ..." tag on a site -- because I 
immediately think it contains either proprietary tags or *something* that I'm going to 
dislike. 

This is an *open* medium!

Here is an interesting stat:

Zone Research - Browsers used a work Oct 1998
"The Web Browser Study is a periodic study conducted by Zona Research that tracks 
browsers used in a corporate environment. For each study, approximately 150 corporate 
IT professionals are selected. Responses are gathered via the IntelliQuest Technology 
Panel."
