Rich didn't have Phil Agre's Red Rock Eater News Service list on there
(surprisingly ;)
It's more communications policy oriented, but it usually ends up being
of interest to web geeks I recommend it to . . . kind of like slashdot
for policy wonks. Phil's home page has sign up details and the list of
links gives a good overview of the eclectic nature of his interests:
