One of the great things about this group is its diversity, Penny -- there are women on
this list who could singlehandedly debunk the myth that women don't "do" code .... and
there are several female entreprenuers here.

Actually - there is even greater diversity -- from hard core programming types to
creative/art types -- and we all not only get along -- but are willing to share our
areas of expertise with the others. It's almost like a virtual company -- at least the
water cooler part!
And we have our Non-US voices to remind us that this is a global medium -- when we
fall of the wagon and get too US-centric.
So -- a longwinded addition of my voice to the welcomes!
