Suz, in my web site contracts with clients I always specify that one person
in the company be the interface between me and the company. So if that
person approves a stage of the project, I take that as the whole company
approves. What they tell me goes. If later they say "sorry, my boss changed
his mind", then I charge them to make the changes they want.
