It is. And in fact, just today, I received in the (snail-)mail a CDROM
from AT&T which tries to entice me to sign up for their Internet service.
Unfortunately, it will not execute on any of the operating systems
that I permit here. You would think that the company where Unix was
invented would be clueful to realize that it's 1999 now, and that
Windows is dead, deceased, gone, bye-bye and good riddance. But noooooo.
