Well, I got it done . . . .
I set three office phones on autoredial. let them all ring and ring and
ring until one hit the voice system (about 2 hours). Sat with speaker
phone on hold listening to horrible music for more than 90 minutes.
Then some nice young man answered and I ripped into him like the
harbinger of the Armageddon . . . <G>
Got my email notification that work was complete and I'd be in tonight's
update less than three minutes later. :)
And I feel soooooo much better now.
