I've had similiar problems with autoreplies not arriving, busy signals, lost
faxes, etc over the past 3 weeks. I was amazed to get a real person on the
phone once last week, who helped me with a fax-requried domain transfer. In
general, phone is always busy.

Last week I put in a domain transfer request and my client replied to the
confirmation letter the same day - and the change went through two days
later. Not bad. I've also made a contact change on another domain and
modified a contact record in a matter of 2-3 days late last week. Haven't
done anything this week, though.
