Actually, I'm pretty sure that 4-6 are in China (but not 9) and that Mexico
City is pretty high on the list. Other possibles are Jakarta and Bangkok.
During my 3 1/2 years in Singapore, I think I probably visited all of the
most polluted Asian cities. It's sad to see what industrialization has done
to Asia. It's like the USA 100 years ago.
