Not exactly. Yahoo is offering small-business e-commerce sites the
opportunity to pay $199 for "express consideration" of their site
submission. For those sites, they will guarantee that the submitted URL
will be reviewed within seven business days. Acceptance into the
directory isn't guaranteed with that fee...it's just a pass to get you to
the front of the queue.
