No, you only must insert a new Line in /etc/aliases.
Create a Mailbox in a Domain from your Virtual Domains.
And in the /etc/aliases you write this:
root:           yourmailboxaccount.tld0001

And then #newaliases; Thats it!
Now all the root Mails come in to your Mailobox set up in Web-cyradm. But you 
don't want to send root Mails to your customers, and create in every Domain in 
Web-cyradm Aliases.
